Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Summevo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

Summevo provides confluence-scored cryptocurrency trading signals, market data, backtesting tools and related analytics delivered over WebSocket and HTTP APIs. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing, sales tax and invoicing. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window on initial subscription purchases. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the original charge will be honored in full. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Renewals are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, email support@summevo.com.

6. Not Financial Advice

Signals, scores, backtests and any other content produced by Summevo are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading or tax advice. Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before acting on any information provided by the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute or republish signal data without authorization; (b) scrape or abuse the API beyond documented rate limits; (c) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes or to manipulate markets.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or our infrastructure.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
